Title Check & Report
Reviewing the title to the property.
Raising pertinent enquiries with the seller’s solicitors – the draft will be sent directly to you to review and forward on to the seller’s solicitors.
Drafting of the title report to the Client – the draft will be sent directly to you to review and forward on to the Client.
Additional £65.00 + VAT if the property is leasehold and this will include the report to the Client on the management pack and any further necessary enquiries to be raised.
Additional £65.00 + VAT if the property is a new build property.
Additional fee of £65.00 + VAT if the property is unregistered.
